Knowlton Concepts was started in 2008 by Dean Knowlton.  Dean is a home designer with strong technical, communication, and management skills backed by 25+ years of hands-on experience in the building industry.  He has a wicked knowledge of building systems and practices, relentlessly researches new ones, and has an extreme attention to detail.  In his spare time he can be found somewhere in the world travelling, exploring, or at home in the mountains – camping, biking, boarding, listening to vinyl, sketching, or playing guitar.

In 2017 Dean was joined by Megan O’Flynn, an interior designer with a background in millwork design and a proclivity for Irish goodbyes.  With eight years of industry related experience, she strives to create efficient design solutions while constantly learning and improving her skills.  Someone who persistently asks “How?”, Megan enjoys designing beautiful yet functional Okanagan homes and interiors.
