With over 30 years in the building industry, Dean combines expertise as a home designer, builder and visionary to create luxury custom homes that exceed expectations. His relentlessly detail-driven approach ensures every project reflects both architectural excellence and the client’s unique lifestyle. As the creator of our Concepts to Keys™ system, Dean provides strategic oversight while staying hands-on with critical design decisions. This explorer, musician and mountain enthusiast brings the same passion for craftsmanship to both his work and personal adventures.
Megan O’Flynn – Interior Designer
A creative thinker and detail lover with 11+ years in interior and millwork design, Megan specializes in creating elegant, functional homes that feel both luxurious and livable. Her constant focus on improvement means every finish, fixture and built-in element is carefully considered for both beauty and practicality. Within our Concepts to Keys™ process, Megan ensures seamless integration between architectural design and interior elements from the earliest design phases.
