Modern Farmhouse
With over 1 acre to play with, we were able to set the home back from the road to give it an elegant and stately feeling. The u-shaped layout created privacy for the outdoor living areas around the back, which are oriented to best enjoy the view of the city.

Features: The u-shaped layout gave us the opportunity to put the living and entertaining areas in the center of the home. Double height ceilings give the open living, dining, and chef’s kitchen an airy feeling while large glass sliders open onto the pool deck further extending the living space in the warm months. One wing features a home gym, 2.5 car garage, mud/laundry room and office. The other wing features a butler’s pantry, a luxurious master suite, and guest bedroom. Upstairs is a loft area with 2 more bedrooms, each with a private ensuite. Downstairs features a bonus media room and mechanical room, also accessible from outside.
