Whether your project is big or small – luxury home or carriage house, we will start by meeting with you to learn about your needs, lifestyle, dreams, and desires.  We will then look into zoning and gather any other documentation necessary to create an initial site study that will outline the possibilities for your project.  We encourage our clients to save inspiration photos as a jumping off point for the design and to help us get to know you better. 

We will then use this information to develop the design of the building and interior spaces, and provide you with a life-like 3D model of your project so you can see it, walk through it, and view the complete project first.  When you are happy with the design we will move on and use the 3D model to produce detailed construction drawings.
